This is the best alarm i’ve every come across very easy to install and operate. 100% piece of mind that the siren wont keep going off when away from the home as the alarm will call your mobileand tell you what is wrong and if it was a false alarm you can reset via your phone. I 100% recommend this alarm and it is made to a very high standard and is value for the price.
Very cheap alarm system with a lot of functionalities. I use the door sensor for our front door and the motion detector in our lounge. Whenever the alarm is set or switched off it texts just my phone. When it is triggered, it calls all the saved numbers. This is better than texting the phone because i hear it immediately. The alarm siren is also very very loud. We have programmed 2 numbers, my number and my housemates number and it calls both numbers one after the other. The alarm unit can be programmed to call or text and we chose the calling option so we will hear it. For the price, i would definitely recommend buying this unit.

I am going to order some more door activators & an external alarm just to have a visible presence outside my house – very reasonable price for what the system offers.

A great alarm system that is easy to set up and use. . I bought the ibises alarm system (generation i)this is a great alarm system for setting up ‘inside the home’, i would suggest first reading the manual thoroughly there is a lot covered, and you need to understand how to set the code for normal operation from the default, and also the code for sms texting to it. The alarm system allows you to set up zones which mean you can set up window alarms etc that can remain ‘on whilst in the house’ but other sensors on rooms are inactive, then a full ‘out’ setting which allows you to switch them all on to monitor inside and the windows/doors. On the alarm system i received it contained: the main alarm unit, one door sensor (old style – used a small 12v battery – similar to those in car alarm key fobs), an external siren connected by wires (see later in review), and a pir sensor (uses 9v battery), also included are 2 key fobs, manual and any fixings needed. The window/door sensors also come with double sided adhesive pads, you fix the main electronic part to the window (or frame), line up the other part (which has a magnet in) so its ‘aligned with the edge when the window is shut. When the window opens the magnet breaks the circuit and the alarm triggers. The pir sensor can be mounted near ceiling height and angled down to scan the room area, it is also adjustable to scan farther afield or closer, but its a fixed pir and doesn’t move from its fixed positions when mounted. Doesn’t scan the room on a motor or axis).
